Is free shipping available?

Yes, free shipping is available for all order over £250. View our Shipping and Delivery page for details.

Is the product I'm looking for in stock and available?

You will be able to tell on the product page whether or not a product is in stock and available, as the availability of the product will be listed as the number of products in inventory, "Out of stock".

What are your return policies?

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee with 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We will be happy to refund or exchange unopened products within 30 days. Damaged items can be serviced via manufacturer's warranty. Clearance items are not returnable unless damaged during the shipping process.

When will I receive my order?

Most of our products are delivered within 2-3 weeks. Specialty appliances may take up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Are you an authorized retailer?

We are an authorized retailer for every brand available on our site.

What is covered by your 5 year warranty?

Our 5 year warranty extends the full manufacturer's warranty for four more years. Total coverage is available.

Is express shipping available?

Express shipping is not available as of yet, but next-day delivery is available for many items in the St. Louis Metro Area.

Do i want single or double-sided print?

A single-sided printed flag has the design printed on just the one side. This allows the flag to move more freely in the wind, making the design eye-catching. Although, this type of print will also show through to the other side of your flag in a mirrored image.

A double-sided printed flag has a design which features on both sides of the flag. They are composed of three layers sewn together, making the overall flag much heavier and sturdier (therefore making them longer lasting).

What are your lead times?

Our standard lead times are listed on each product (typically 3 – 5 working days), but as we print our products in-house we can be very flexible with our lead times, offering a same / next day service if required on most products.

If you have a specific lead time you are working to, even if it seems unrealistic just get in touch with the sales team to discuss – 01623 664865.

Which couriers do you use?

For our standard overnight deliveries we use a combination of UPS, DX and local pallet companies, depending on the size of the parcel and the delivery deadline. For larger volume, high value or rush jobs we also use dedicated vans provided by local couriers.

The method for delivery is decided at the point of dispatch (unless agreed at the point of sale), but if your customer has strict rules on how the goods are packed and delivered – for example with distribution / fulfillment houses – then speak to your sales person.
